邢台市贸促会职责
围绕市政府经济发展和对外经贸工作的总体部署，开展促进本地区与世界各国、各地区之间的贸易、投资和经济技术合作的活动。
主要职能为：
一， 接待国（境）外来访、组织国（境）外出访，与港、澳、台工商界交流合作；
二， 对外宣传我市招商引资政策，推介项目，帮助企业对外投资；
三， 在境内外举办或参加贸易展览会，参加国际贸易博览会和展览会；
四， 传播经贸信息，提供咨询和资信调查；
五， 经中国贸促会批准或授权，办理经济贸易调解业务，签发原产地证明书，出具人力不可抗拒证明，代办涉外商贸文件的领事认证业务，认证涉外商业单据，出具国际商事证明书，承担暂准进出口货物单证册(ATA)的出证业务；提供有关法律咨询、顾问、代理等服务；
六， 开展其他经贸、投资促进业务；
七， 作为国际商会的业务主管单位，指导商会工作；
八， 负责我市会展活动的组织、协调、管理工作;
九， 办理上级授权或交办的其他事项。

Responsibilities of CCPIT Xingtai Committee
Execute activities to promote the trade, investment, economic and technological cooperation between Xingtai and other countries or regions in the world, based on the overall arrangement of the municipal government's economic development and foreign economic and trade work.
The Main Functions Are:
1. Receive foreign visitors, organize overseas visits, and exchange and cooperate with the business communities in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
2. Publicize the city's investment policies, projects, and help the local enterprises invest abroad.
3. To hold or participate in trade shows, international trade fairs and exhibitions at home and abroad.
4. Disseminating economic and trade information, providing consultation and credit investigation.
5. With the approval or authorization of CCPIT, mediating the business of economic and trade; issuing certificates of origin; issuing certificates of force majeure; handling consular identification of foreign-related commercial documents; authenticate foreign-related commercial documents; issuing international commercial certificates; undertake the issuance of ATA certificates; provide relevant legal advice, consultancy, agency and other services.
6. Execute other business of economy, trade and investment promotion.
7. To guide the work of the Xingtai International Chamber of Commerce as the competent unit of its work.
8. Responsible for the organization, coordination and management of the city's exhibition activities.
9. To handle other matters authorized or assigned by the superior unit.
